"El Corte Ingles" Agency has blocked a number of rooms at selected hotels in Madrid. These hotels are located near subway stations from which you can easily reach the conference venue.

Alternatives: If you wish to make your own arrangements, for reference you might consult booking.com, Descubre Madrid, or a site for low-budget hostels.
More alternatives: there is the possibility to use the Residence at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. The University is located 15 km North of Madrid City. However, there is a direct connection by local trains with a travel time of 15'-17' from the University to the station "Nuevos Ministerios", which is very close to the Conference venue. The price for a single room is 59.50 Euros per day for Hotel service (231 Euros per week for Semi-Hotel service) and for a double room is 82 Euros per day for Hotel service (371 Euros per week for Semi-Hotel service).
