Line 8 (pink line in metro map) connects the airport to Madrid City. The end station is "Nuevos Ministerios". The stop "Aeropuerto T1-T2-T3" is within walking distance of terminals T1, T2 and T3. The stop "Aeropuerto T4" is inside terminal 4. Just follow the metro signs. The first train is at ~6:05 a.m. and the last one at ~1:30 a.m.

Buy either a single ticket (1 Euro+supplement of 1 Euro to exit the airport station) or a ten-trip ticket ("Metrobus", 7.40 Euros+supplement of 1 Euro to exit the airport station). Please, remember that it is necessary to pay a supplement to enter or exit the airport stations (T1,2,3 and T4). The amount is 1 Euro extra. Transfers within the metro zone A (central zone) are free.

Once in "Nuevos Ministerios" station (a hub for metro and local trains), to go to your hotel you can change to another metro line or go outside to take a taxi. This street finder, which shows a detailed map (including metro and local-train stations), can help you find your hotel.

The conference venue is within walking distance of the "Nuevos Ministerios" train and metro station. Alternatively, you can transfer to metro line 10 (dark blue line in metro map), direction "Hospital del Norte" and alight in "Santiago Bernabeu" station (only one station from "Nuevos Ministerios").
