Version history and major changes

• Current release: v1.5.1 (April 2011)

  Some changes to the MultiNest sampler to make it more robust on different architectures. There might be some sampling issues with the previous version (v1.5) on some architectures, so we recommend upgrading to v1.5.1 and checking the accuracy of the samples obtained with v1.5.

• Version 1.5, June 2010

  Simplified source/Makefile. Updated to DarkSusy v 5.0 , plus added the computation of new obervables regarding neutrino telescopes. Updated to improved MultiNest algorithm ( v 2.8 ). Added bank sampling option to MCMC mode (see here). Improved plotting capabilities (including 1D Matlab plots) and customization of plots. Fixed bug affecting plots of profile likelihood. Added backward compatibility with v 1.23 chains. Miscellaneous bug fixes.

• Nov 2008: A new version 0.99b of SuperEGO now available with a few bugs fixed regarding the scatter plots.

• Version 1.35, Sept 2008

  Upgraded to SoftSusy 2.0.18. Now linked to MicrOMEGAS v2.2. New scanning technique (MultiNest), gained a factor 200 efficiency and computes the Bayesian evidence. New observable added (BR(B->nu tau)). New support for statistical analysis and plotting routines for various statistics (posterior pdf, profile likelihood, mean likelihood and mean chi-square). Improved plotting routines with simpler customization. Bug fixed in previous getplots version. New Matlab interactive plotting tool. Automatic handling of variables names (.info file). • Version 1.13, Dec 2007

  Upgraded to SoftSusy 2.0.14. Rewritten post-processing routine so that settings are automatically read from file (.pp) created during chains run. Now compatible with Intel v10 compilers. Likelihood code rewritten with all likelihood information in a dedicated module (likedata.f90) for easy editing. Added option to use future (synthetic) data. Added full implementation of indirect detection quantities computation. Read-me file available here.
